Project Overview:

The Responsible Travel Program in Sapa—“Education for A Small Village”—aims to bring the primary school students in Ta Van better education with new books, school supplies, etc. In Ta Van Primary School, there are over a hundred students from the most distant villages who have to walk tens of kilometers to school everyday. The physical and mental challenge this brings has become one of the main difficulties in learning at school.

The Responsible Travel program in Sapa will directly help the children from remote areas to get a better education and living conditions. In addition to creating a conducive learning environment, the children are also taught basic life skills, provided with precious experience and culture exchanges with international volunteers from different parts of the world.

Participating in the Responsible Travel program, you not only become a volunteer helping children in the small village of Sapa but will also contribute to building a new school and establish better education for the ethnic minorities. It is the perfect chance for volunteers to fully experience the culture of the Highland people while helping create a better future for them through education.
