About Chieng Chau Secondary school: It is the public secondary school located in the mountainous area of Hoa Binh province, Vietnam. There are 250 student every year that studying at this school. They are from 11 to 14 years old. They come from Thai people family. The school is very poor, lack of book library and lack of computer learning room for students. The biggest dream of the headmaster is to have 6 computers for students. This will be good chance and enough curriculums for students learn IT.
