About Mr Tang: He is 45 years old in 2013, living alone. After serving in the army, he had a wound in his head. That wound course him being forgetful. He cannot remember clearly what happen. At present, he is living in the shabby bamboo house. It is very small and dangerous condition for living. A lot of whole on the roof that sun sight and rain can go inside. Kitchen and bedroom is the same place. He only have small place for cooking and sleeping.
